Service Usage
MARIA TIKTOK LIVE BOT provides a backend automation platform for managing TikTok LIVE sessions. By using this service, you agree to connect only authorized accounts and utilize officially supported TikTok APIs.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any actions taken under your account. You must not attempt to bypass platform security or use unauthorized methods to interact with TikTok.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your MARIA TIKTOK LIVE BOT account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep your authentication tokens secure.
Automation Rules
Automation is strictly limited to capabilities exposed by the official TikTok integration. The platform does not support, and will not facilitate, fake engagement, spam generation, or unauthorized account takeover mechanisms.
Prohibited Use
You may not use the service to collect TikTok passwords, bypass CAPTCHAs, or manufacture artificial viewers, likes, followers, or gifts. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate account termination.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high uptime on our Railway-hosted backend. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for downtime caused by third-party platform changes, API limitations, or network issues.
Account Suspension/Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in prohibited use, or show abusive behavior that threatens the stability of our platform or third-party integrations.
Third-Party Platform Dependencies
This service relies on third-party platforms (such as TikTok and Firebase). We are not responsible for changes to their APIs, rate limits, or terms of service that may affect the functionality of MARIA TIKTOK LIVE BOT.
Privacy Policy
Information Collected
We collect the information necessary to provide the MARIA TIKTOK LIVE BOT service, including your email address, name, and authentication tokens provided by TikTok.
Authentication Information
We store access tokens and refresh tokens required to interact with the authorized TikTok APIs. We never ask for or store your TikTok password. Tokens are encrypted at rest in our Firebase Realtime Database.
Application Usage Information
We track usage metrics such as active LIVE sessions, automated tasks executed, and event counts to provide you with analytics and improve our service.
LIVE/Session Data
Data regarding your LIVE sessions, such as viewer counts and connection durations, is processed and stored securely in Firebase.
Event Data
We process incoming events (comments, gifts, follows, shares) that are legally made available through the official TikTok LIVE integration to trigger your configured automations.
Data Storage
All persistent data is stored securely in Firebase Realtime Database. We utilize strict multi-tenant isolation rules to ensure your data is never accessible to other users.
Firebase/Backend Processing
Our Railway-hosted backend processes incoming events in real-time. The Firebase Admin SDK is used securely on the backend to read and write data. No Firebase Admin credentials are ever exposed to the frontend or end-users.
Data Security
We employ strict security measures, including HTTPS for all API communication, WSS for WebSocket connections, Helmet for HTTP header security, and AES-256 encryption for sensitive tokens.
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request data deletion at any time. Inactive accounts and stale logs may be periodically cleaned up by our automated workers.
User Rights
You have the right to access, modify, or delete your personal data and configuration settings within the MARIA TIKTOK LIVE BOT dashboard.
